EXERCISES
1 Mile Jog (8-10 minute pace)

Jog Treadmill

1 Milke jog at a 8-10 minute pace

Set the speed at a Minimum of 7.5 miles per Hour
Option to incline wall .5 a mile as modification

 

Cardio Block 2—1X

Note- Now set a speed you can maintain for 25 minutes.

35 Minutes INCLINE WALKING

INCLINE WALKING

35 Minutes

Set the speed at 2.5-3.5 and incline to 10-12

 

Cooldown

STANDING QUAD

30 seconds

Alt sides

DOWN DOG

30 seconds

Peddle out your heels before pressing them into the floor

KNEELING HAMSTRING STRETCH

60 seconds

Alt legs, press back and flex the heel to deepen the stretch
