A Clear, Proven Roadmap

This is not “figure it out as you go.”
You follow a structured 8-week path designed to build awareness, increase consistency, and create visible results.

  • Onboarding + Awareness Week

    Goal: Gather baseline data and understand your body’s true starting point.

    You will:

    • Log into Hubfit

    • Complete intake forms

    • Track your normal food intake for 7 days

    • Record basic biofeedback patterns (hunger, digestion, mood, stress, energy)

    No changes yet. No pressure. Just data.


    This week gives us the honest baseline needed to design your personalized macro plan.

  • Onboarding Call + Your Personalized Macro Plan

    Goal: Build your custom strategy using your real data—not guesses.

    In your private coaching call you’ll cover:

    • Goals & lifestyle

    • Nutrition and dieting history

    • Eating habits

    • Biofeedback

    • Stress, training, sleep, schedule

    • Your biggest barriers

    After the call, Alexa builds your custom macro plan, designed to:

    • Improve energy

    • Support fat loss or body recomposition

    • Balance blood sugar

    • Optimize metabolism

    • Create sustainable habits

    You’ll begin tracking these new macro targets at the start of Week 3.

  • Implementation + Weekly Coaching

    Goal: Apply your macro plan with guidance, accountability, and adjustments every week.

    Each week you will:

    • Monitor biofeedback (sleep, digestion, mood, cravings, recovery)

    • Submit a weekly check-in

    • Review your personalized feedback

  • Midpoint Coaching Call

    Goal: Analyze your progress and optimize your plan for the final push.

    In this session, you and Alexa will:

    • Review food logs + patterns

    • Assess consistency

    • Evaluate biofeedback trends

    • Troubleshoot obstacles

    • Update your macro plan if needed

FAQ’s

  • Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email and invitation to sign up for the coaching platform. There you will fill out your intake paperwork and then set up your initial consultation.

  • You will be setting up your profile with our coaching platform, called Hubfit, where you will message directly with your coach to set up your consultation and follow up sessions

  • Any booked sessions need to be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session. Any no shows forfeit the session.

  • Your program officially begins the week before your first coaching call. You’ll have two coaching calls to use anytime within the 8-week program window. You must use both coaching calls within the 8-week program period.

  • Results depend on various factors, including adherence to the program, individual metabolism, and starting point.
